It took me a while to actually understand what that meant — and even longer to figure out how to make it practical in my actual life.
And I'll be honest — finding real guidance wasn't easy. Reflectors tend to get left out. In the books, in the courses, in the live classes. I was once in a training where the teacher looked out at the room and said: "I'm not even going to cover Reflectors — I'm sure there aren't any here."
I was there. I was a Reflector.
There aren't many of us... which means there isn't a lot of guidance — and what does exist is usually created by people who've never actually had to live this.
So when I started trying to understand my lunar cycle — asking teachers, hiring mentors, buying templates — I kept running into vague answers that didn't really translate into real life.
The most helpful guidance I found cost me close to $800 — three sessions with a mentor who really knew her stuff. I took pages of notes the entire time. She even promised me a spreadsheet to pull it all together.
She never made it.
I was left with handwritten pages that were half-finished, out of order, some mid-sentence, some I couldn't even read back. And eventually they just got lost.
